• Enquiry details you submit through our forms: your name, company, work email, telephone number (if you give one), the role or roles you are hiring for, what you would like to discuss, your hiring timeframe, where you are hiring, where your company is based (if you tell us) and your message.
• Any illustrative figures you chose in our cost calculator or Team Hiring Planner and chose to send with your enquiry, such as salaries, number of hires, start months, currency and the example percentages you modelled. These are your own illustrative selections, not agreed commercial terms.
• A technical hiring brief, if you complete one in our hiring brief builder and choose to send it with your enquiry. While you are writing it, the brief is held only in your own browser and, if you share a link, inside that link — we receive it only when you submit it to us.
• A simple internal label we apply to each enquiry by fixed rules — for example whether it looks like a live role, a team build or a general question — so the right person picks it up quickly. This is an organisational label only. It is not automated decision making and has no legal or similarly significant effect on you.
• Correspondence with us by email, telephone or other channels.
• Candidate information where you apply for or are considered for a role, including CV, work history and contact details.
• Basic technical information needed to run the website securely, such as a scrambled (hashed) record of the network address used to submit a form, used only to prevent spam and abuse.

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss whether our services fit your needs — our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
• To provide recruitment services under our terms of business — performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
• To keep records, manage invoicing and comply with legal and tax obligations — legal obligation and legitimate interests.
• To keep the website secure and free from spam — our legitimate interest in protecting our systems.
• To organise and prioritise incoming enquiries internally so we respond appropriately — our legitimate interest in running our business efficiently.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

We share personal data only where necessary: with our IT, hosting and email providers who process data on our behalf under contract; with clients or candidates where that is the point of the introduction and you would expect it; and with professional advisers or authorities where we are required to do so by law.

Our website and enquiry records are hosted with reputable service providers. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum.

Website enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us unless we go on to work together, in which case records are kept for the duration of the relationship and for six years afterwards to meet legal, tax and contractual requirements.

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Ask us to delete data where there is no continuing reason for us to hold it.
• Object to, or ask us to restrict, processing based on our legitimate interests.
• Request a portable copy of data you provided to us.
• Withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent.
